dirty bedsheets bathroom privacy
the room was clean at first glance, but closer inspection revealed issues. i found hair on the bedsheets, which wasn't ideal. also, the bathroom door lacked a proper lock and had noticeable gaps, so privacy became something of a concern. i think these elements need addressing to meet standard expectations.

i found the location ideal for exploring the area. the breakfast was a highlight, i noticed it offered a wide variety of choices. it was a good start to each day. the staff were helpful with directions, i found their guidance useful.

modern storage useful map rainfall shower detox juices
the rooms had modern storage and minibars. the rainfall shower made it easy to refresh after a long day. i was greeted by amina, a friendly concierge, she gave me a super useful map. breakfast included detox juices, i thought that was amazing!
the pillows needed to be thicker.

the breakfast buffet provides options for many tastes, i saw that all were catered to. the breakfast area is in the patio and the buffet looked really fresh. it looked awesome!

helpful staff central location flat pillows basic room
the staff were very helpful. the room i get was a double room and it had a good size. breakfast had a good selection also. the hotel location was very central to attractions.
the air conditioning didn't work good. i slept bad because of that and the street noise. the pillows were flat too. the room looked very basic so i think it seemed like a hostel.

cramped breakfast area ineffective soundproofing
The breakfast area felt quite cramped. It was difficult to move around without bumping into other guests. also, i noticed that the soundproofing wasn't effective, and noise from the street disrupted sleep. these issues detracted from an otherwise acceptable experience. i think these things could be improved. better soundproofing should be considered.

fruit selection friendly staff clean room flat pillow small wardrobe musty smell
the breakfast offered a healthy selection of fruits, yogurts, and nuts that were consistently replenished. the staff was very friendly and helpful . my room was clean. the hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the station (which was useful).
The pillows were quite flat, impacting sleep comfort. the room was very basic. It felt more like a hostel than a 4-star hotel. the wardrobe was small. there was also a lingering unclean smell. It felt damp and a little musty
